Digital print
In collaboration with IBM, Cambridge Printing
has built the UK’s leading secure digital printing facility.
Highly developed workflow systems, written especially for us, link
the company’s management information system to typesetting
systems and then directly to the print lines. When a production
order is released the PDF is captured from the typesetting system
and transferred to the printing line, which then finishes in one
operation.
Digital printing means you only need to print
in the quantities you require, and also offers the opportunity to
print variable data, thus enabling you to individualise items such
as catalogues, direct mail and labels, as well as examination papers.
“High security,
short lead-times, flexibility, 100% accuracy, traceability and total
dedication to customer support are the trademarks of our secure
printing operation.” |
